EXHAUST SYSTEM [SKYACTIV-G]
Warning:
– A hot engine and exhaust system can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until they are cool before removing the exhaust system.
– Be careful not to deform the pipe when cutting it. If the pipe is deformed, it may not be possible to install the new tailpipe correctly.

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the floor under cover No.1 (RH).
3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

- Fuel tank, jet pump, fuel-filler pipe and none-return valve [Skyactiv-D 1.8]
- Quick release connector (fuel system), fuel injector, fuel filter body and fuel filter [Skyactiv-D 1.8]
- Fuel filter water draining, fuel check valve and fuel feed valve [Skyactiv-D 1.8]
- Fuel pressure relief valve, suction control valve and fuel filter [Skyactiv-D 1.8]
- Fuel warmer, sedimentor switch and supply pump inspection [Skyactiv-D 1.8]
- Common rail, injection pipe and lower case [Skyactiv-D 1.8]
