Control system location, diagram, PCM, engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor [Skyactiv-x 2.0]
Caution:
– There are two types of PCM settings. If the incorrect PCM is assembled, it could cause interference with engine control.
– When replacing the PCM, verify the first four digits of the part number indicated on the PCM label before replacement, and replace the PCM with one having the same part number.
– A hot engine can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until it is cool before removing the exhaust system.(engine coolant temperature sensor removal).

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Remove the intake manifold.
4. Disconnetor ECT sensor No.1 connector.
