Warning:
– A hot engine and exhaust system can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until they are cool before removing the exhaust system.

1. Exhaust system location index. [Skyactiv X 2.0].
2. Exhaust system inspection. [Skyactiv X 2.0].
3. Main silencer removal/installation. [Skyactiv X 2.0].
4.Middle pipe removal/installation. [Skyactiv X 2.0].
5. Catalytic converter (GPF) removal/installation. [Skyactiv X 2.0].
6. Tail pipe repalcement. [Skyactiv X 2.0].
7. Exhaust manifold removal/installation. [Skyactiv X 2.0].
8. Exhaust system insulator removal/installation. [Skyactiv X 2.0].

1. Remove the main silencer.
2. Cut the tailpipe at the position.
3. Remove burrs from the pipe cut surface (main silencer side) using a file.
