WATER-COOLED CHARGE AIR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Replacement part	Oil and chemical type
Gasket Quantity: 2 Location of use: Water-cooled charge air cooler and water-cooled charge air cooler duct.	Engine oil Type: Recommended oil

Steps:
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the supercharger.
3. Remove the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor No.3.
4. Remove the intake manifold component.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Water-Cooled Charge Air Cooler Installation Note

WATER-COOLED CHARGE AIR COOLER INSPECTION
1. Inspect the water-cooled charge air cooler for coolant leakage.
– If there is a problem with the water-cooled charge air cooler such as external appearance deformity or damage, replace the water-cooled charge air cooler.
