Caution:
– The timing chain learning can be performed when all the following conditions are met. The implementation conditions for the timing chain learning can be met by warming up the engine completely.
– The mass air flow (MAF) sensor data reset can be performed using the M-MDS. For details, follow the instructions displayed on the M-MDS.
– If the wiring harnesses or waterproof connectors are damaged, water penetrating the connector will cause a sensor malfunction. To prevent this, be careful not to damage wiring harnesses or waterproof connectors.

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Disconnect the IAT sensor No.3 connector.
